Wonder when I can start running and wearing closetoed shoes? Maybe when my piggies don't have a heartbeat of their own? I'm googling "toenails falling off"... and hopefully finding my answer :)

Have you tried the silicon toe covers? I haven't tried them yet, so far I've only lost half of a nail. When I do lose one (or three) I was going to try them out. I was wondering if you had used them and didn't like them.
